Well..............last night I made my very first batch of crock-pot yogurt! I surprised myself because it actually came out good! My daughters though are scared to go near it so it is store bought yogurt all the way for them. So.....today I paired up one of my previously-grilled bean burgers with a blueberry yogurt shake. so simple to take 8 oz of newly made yogurt [whole milk yogurt], a handful of yogurt, sweetener to taste [I used 2 splenda and a dash of sugar free hazelnut syrup, a few ice cubes and a bit of water. Blend and enjoy. yum! I was glad to get in my exercise this morning and have been working on creating a stress-free schedule for the new school year. My baby is going to Kindergarten!! Also with one in high school and the other in college it is bound to be a very busy year, phew!
