Hi faithful readers :) Well it has been about a month or so now and according to myfitnesspal I have lost 20 (yes! Twenty) pounds from my highest weight. YAY!!! So far so good. I actually have been losing slowly and steadily since January 1 losing a lot at first but now leveled off to about one to two pounds a week which is quite normal. I have not been slim-fasting lately but instead eating "real" food and logging everything into myfitnesspal and it has been a great motivator and way to track my progress. I think maybe I might add a little slimfast back in every so often though just for variety. I also try to weigh in only once a week [although it is hard to do that and usually i will check Friday so i don't go crazy on the weekend] so my regular weigh day is Mondays. I have been blessed by Serovital to try their new and advanced product and so I’m starting the 30 day serovital challenge today. So far it’s easy because the doses are premeasured out. I’ve
