Well good morning my friends. So starts another year of trying to be healthier and live life to the fullest. If you are like me that is not always easy because LIFE gets in the way. Well, today started my new Slim-Fast plan and way of eating. I have to say that trying this again after all these years is rather pleasant. I have always loved the original chocolate royale flavor so I ordered that on subscribe and save through Amazon . So far, yummy! Oh, and I am continuing with my program of exercise and self-care and not being so hard on myself this year. Pace yourselves people!! Got my 30 minutes of recumbent bike in today. I recently discovered a wonderful supplement to take in the morning that uplifts my mood and is all natural.
