Hello Readers :) Glad you have stuck around this long to see this [slow but steady] progress. It is Mid-March and even though I only started this journey a couple of months ago it seems like F-O-R-E-V-E-R !!! Can you feel me?? Ugh, I don't know why it seems like so long. It is pretty strange. At least I have established some good habits of eating smaller and more balanced meals and plenty of exercise and movement. Truth be told I seem to have energy in the daytime that I never used to have. It's been a challenge and I have had my "off" days but overall I think I am doing well and making progress towards my goals. Hope you are making progress as well. Hi faithful readers :) Well it has been about a month or so now and according to myfitnesspal I have lost 20 (yes! Twenty) pounds from my highest weight. YAY!!! So far so good. I actually have been losing slowly and steadily since January 1 losing a lot at first but now leveled off to about one to two pounds a week which is quite normal. I have not been slim-fasting lately but instead eating "real" food and logging everything into myfitnesspal and it has been a great motivator and way to track my progress. I think maybe I might add a little slimfast back in every so often though just for variety. I also try to weigh in only once a week [although it is hard to do that and usually i will check Friday so i don't go crazy on the weekend] so my regular weigh day is Mondays.
